State Reflections Celebration

Did you know that there are 7 different categories that make up the Reflections Art contest? They are

  • Dance Choreography
  • Film Production
  • Literature
  • Music Composition
  • Photography
  • Visual Arts
  • Special Artists

We invite you to join our NCPTA State Reflections Celebration on Saturday, April 24th at 10am to see the amazing work from these categories. Please spread the word to your local units, parents, friends, grandparents, teachers, caregivers, so that all can share in the wonderful work these artists did this year!

Reflections Celebrations

Just a reminder that Wake County PTA’s Reflections Celebration will be held this Saturday April 17th on the Wake County PTA Council’s Facebook page.

Intermediate and Primary will begin at 9 am
Middle and High School will begin at 11 AM.
NC State’s Online Celebration will be held next Saturday the 24th.

Senior Scholarships

 

Attention Seniors – each year the PTSA awards 3 $500 Scholarships paid directly to your college!  Entries will be due March 31, 2021.  Click on the Seniors tab above for more information and to see the entry form.

Spirit Wear for Sale

We will be on site selling spirit wear during Underclassmen pictures next week on Wed Nov 18th & Thurs Nov 19th.  We will have short sleeved T’s available for $12.  Long Sleeved T’s for $15 and hoodies for $20.  We accept Credit Cards, Cash and Venmo!  Great time to pick up a Christmas gift or two for your AFHS Fam!

Needmore Farms Fall Fundraiser

We are excited to partner with Needmore Farms in Fuquay-Varina for a Fall Fundraiser.  They have graciously offered us 5 beautiful fresh items.  A centerpiece, a “kissing” ball, and 3 different wreaths.  I know they will add a special & beautiful touch to your home & wintertime gatherings.
